Dr. Lisa, known as "The Anxiety Dr," is a highly respected psychotherapist, entrepreneur, podcaster, and public speaker. She campaigns for improved mental health treatments, advocacy, and policy change to help make mental health care more accessible to all. With over 22 years of experience as a therapist in the mental health field, she is determined to transform mental health with her groundbreaking initiative, MIND. SET. GROW.

Carley Bearden
Fort Worth-based poet and songwriter, Carley Bearden, has taken on new approaches toward managing her mental health as a 23-year-old LGBTQ artist. She is known in her industries to vocalize the importance of mental health, which has led Carley to focus on all things wellness and mental balance. Carley's main goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere for those of all kinds, who struggle. Carley has one simple message: come as you are, let's learn together and grow with love.

Zach Gottlieb
Zach Gottlieb is the 16-year-old founder of Talk With Zach, a Gen Z movement and community that hosts important conversations to change the culture, inspire activism, and make the world a better place. Dr. Shawn Carney
Dr. Carney is board certified and a a licensed naturopathic physician in Connecticut, where he formerly served on the Board of Directors for The Connecticut Naturopathic Phsycians' Association. He has been an adjunt profession at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine and has been a featured guest on podcasts, television, and radio programs including The Anxiety Dr, Integrative Lyme Solutions, Your Zen Friend, CPR Dave and The Natural Housecall 89,5 WKN. Dr. Carney employs herbs, nutritional supplements, acupuncture, homeopath, lifestyle medicine and low level laster therapy in his approach to optimizing health.
